Schedule WhatsApp group messages for the week or month
If you post regularly in several WhatsApp groups, you can write the posts once and schedule them for the whole week or month. This works in any group you are part of, whether you are an admin or not.
Why schedule group posts
- Daily reminders, offers and updates go out on time without you opening the app.
- You can plan a month of posts in one sitting.
- The same post can go to several groups.
Scheduled posts vs the phone's scheduler
Phone-based scheduler apps need the phone to stay on and permissions open in the background. Scheduled posts here run from your linked session, so they go out whether your phone is in your pocket or not.
Which plan has it
Scheduled posts in groups, together with group summaries, are part of the Scale plan. See pricing for the details.
