Is there a limit on conversations?
No. There is no limit on conversations on any plan. Plans differ in features and in monthly AI usage.
What does monthly AI usage mean?
It is the amount of AI work your plan includes each month, shown as a progress bar. Growth includes 3x the usage of Starter and Scale includes 10x. It resets every month. You get an email and an in-app notice at about 80% and 100%.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days free with no card. The trial includes the Growth features, with a small AI usage cap. Group features, which are part of the Scale plan, are not included in the trial. There is one trial per WhatsApp number.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual billing means you pay for 10 months and get 12.
Which plan has group tools and the API?
Group tools are part of Scale: group management for teams, scheduled posts in groups and daily group summaries. The developer API with webhooks starts on Growth, and Scale has higher API rate limits.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Visitors from India see prices in INR, excluding 18% GST, which is added at checkout. Everyone else sees prices in US dollars.
Is my number at risk?
AI for WhatsApp works through a linked device, which is not part of Meta's official API. WhatsApp's terms restrict unofficial automation, so we recommend a dedicated number, replying to people who message you, and avoiding bulk unsolicited messages.
